Ability: Draconia
Shibusawa's ability, Draconia, is fundamentally about separation and collection. He can generate a mysterious mist called Dragon's Breath that rips abilities away from their users. Once separated, these abilities take on one of two forms: either their own unique manifestation, or a pitch-black, white-eyed copy of the person they came from. Either way, they can think and communicate, and they're compelled to hunt down their powerless former user and kill them. If an ability succeeds in this hunt, it crystallizes into a red gem that gets stored in Shibusawa's collection room—an elaborate dome filled with ornate pillars, stained glass, and countless shelves.
There's a catch, though. The red gems are also the abilities' weak point. If the powerless user manages to destroy the gem and chooses to accept their ability back, they regain it fully. But if they reject it? The ability stays dormant inside them, essentially dormant forever.
What makes Draconia especially broken is what happens to Shibusawa himself after he dies. The ability somehow keeps him around in a memory-wiped state, capable of being "revived" as long as his collection of gems still exists. That changed when Fyodor Dostoevsky killed him a second time and used a fragment of the gem containing all the separated abilities, attaching it to Shibusawa's severed head and reuniting him with his actual body. His memory came back, and he transformed into a dragon-hybrid form—physically powerful and unnaturally agile, similar to how Atsushi manifests as a tiger. According to Fyodor, the combined chaos of every stolen ability in their true forms creates a dragon, which explains Shibusawa's draconic appearance in this state.
