Mikitaka shows up in chapter 378 ("I Am An Alien! 1") and immediately claims to be a 216-year-old alien from the Mclon system, scouting planets for his people to colonize. He works as a space shuttle pilot and keeps small pets as a hobby.
His main ability is shapeshifting—he can compress himself into much smaller forms and even split into separate pieces. What he can't do (or at least, what's never been shown) is grow significantly larger. On the flip side, he's vulnerable to loud siren-like sounds, which cause him painful rashes until the noise stops.
The manga never actually clarifies whether Mikitaka is genuinely an alien or just a delusional Stand user created by the Arrow. His full name is given as Nu Mikitakazo Nshi, which leans into the alien angle, but it remains ambiguous. According to the JOJO!A-GO-GO artbook, his ability is officially named "Earth Wind and Fire."
