A sentient traffic light from Japan who fights by commanding his opponents' movements through road signs. Dead Signal's whole gimmick revolves around traffic control—he weaponizes stop signs, yield signs, and directional markers to dictate how his opponents can move around the ring.
His signature move is the Sign Rotary Saw, where the traffic light sign that serves as his head literally spins like a buzzsaw to carve into his opponent. Pretty brutal when you think about it.
He didn't have much of a tournament run though. Dead Signal got knocked out in the first round of the Replacement Tournament by Mantaro, making him the only member of Generation EX to fall that early. Not the best debut.
In the Kinnikuman Tag Match Road Rage ROM hack, he's actually playable, which is more representation than he got in the actual canon.
