A childlike Water God who works under Ichiyou, though he's got some serious baggage. His most distinctive feature is probably his split personality—his second self straight-up dislikes Ichiyou, which creates obvious tension. Physically, he shifts between red hair in his normal state and white hair when his alternate personality takes over. He spent who knows how long sealed away in a temple before Ichiyou freed him, but he never fully escaped that captivity. The shackles that once bound him are still locked around his wrists and ankles, serving as a constant reminder of his imprisonment.
