Kyouko
Kyouko runs Wagnaria, though "runs" might be generous—she's pretty much checked out most of the time and rarely lifts a finger unless absolutely necessary. She's got a philosophy that's pretty blunt: employees matter way more than customers, since the staff are the ones actually keeping things going. If a customer gets out of line, she won't hesitate to throw down, which is probably the most effort she'll expend on any given shift.
She's 28, though don't bring it up unless you want to watch her spiral into existential dread about it.
The reason she's so tight with Yachiyo is that she saved her from bullies when Yachiyo was a kid. That's how they bonded, and it stuck—Yachiyo's been loyal to her ever since.
