Akibi is an anime-exclusive Marine character who used to sail with the Pumpkin Pirates before joining the Navy. These days he works under Lieutenant Commander Rapanui Pasqui, who happens to be his childhood friend.
He's got a pretty unremarkable look—average height, standard Marine uniform, black hair, and a small black mustache. Nothing too distinctive, but it fits his role as a supporting character in the series.
