Corset
The mayor of Daten City and boss of the demon sisters. His true form reveals pale blue skin, gaunt features, and a distinctive conical hairstyle—but when he's out in public, he shifts to a more fleshed-out appearance and slicks his hair back, though his demonic nature still shows through.
Corset is basically defined by his aesthetic choices. He wears an extremely tight corset (hence the name), constantly scratches his back, and has hooks stretching his mouth and buckles all over his body that he's always tightening. Fans often note that he seems to have a thing for self-punishment and bondage, much like Stocking—something that's pretty baked into his whole look and vibe.
What really drives his character, though, is his obsession with Hell's Monkey, a mystical key that Brief possesses. The thing can supposedly unleash all of Hell's forces onto Earth, which makes it obviously a huge deal to him. He's also positioned as Garterbelt's opposite number; the two have clearly known each other for a while and have some kind of history before the story even kicks off.
