Urara's a freshman at Aogiri High School and part of the Survival Game Club. On the surface she comes across as sweet and cute, but that's pretty misleading—she's actually ruthless and violent when jealous. She's obsessed with Miou and has sabotaged potential rivals to keep her attention, which is basically why the club was down to just four members before Momoka showed up.
Things changed after Momoka hit her during a game. Urara developed a masochistic streak and started obsessing over Momoka instead, constantly fawning over her.
