Jaco is an alien cop who came to Earth hunting a dangerous invader, though he's best known for his weird mix of pride, hair-trigger temper, and general lack of social skills.
Physically, he's got a light blue robot-like head with a purple scalp, yellow eyes, and surprisingly human facial features. His whole body is purple. He's 148 cm tall—the third shortest member of the Galactic Patrol—and absolutely hates being reminded of it. A civilian once made a short joke and Jaco nearly killed them over it.
Personality-wise, he takes his job incredibly seriously, to the point of being dangerously loyal to his own planet. When his superior Omori criticized humanity, Jaco was ready to just casually wipe out the entire human race with an Extinction Bomb. He looks down on anyone who doesn't meet his standards, though his extreme patriotism probably explains a lot of that attitude. He's also prone to panicking in a pinch, which is kind of ironic for someone supposed to be protecting people.
