Harukaze-san is a small fairy with short brown hair, a green dress, and a pink headband. She sleeps in a cloud bed and carries a special bag that generates a breeze—pretty fitting for a wind fairy.
She was first introduced in "Melonpanna and Harukaze-san," where Melonpanna strikes up a friendship with her. After that initial appearance, Harukaze-san became a recurring character, showing up in episodes well into March 2013.
