Tamamo's the one who came up with the idea to start the Library Club, and she basically runs it like she's president—she's got a real knack for planning activities. Her best friend is Tsugumi, and she's fiercely protective of her, to the point where she's said she'd do anything for her. When she found out Kyoutarou had accidentally touched Tsugumi, she actually attacked him over it. She got him in such a tight grip that he yelled out in pain—apparently she's stronger than she looks.
She's constantly bickering with Kana whenever they're in the club room together.
