Kosaki's younger sister who gets saved from some delinquents by a mysterious "prince" on her way to school—who's actually Raku Ichijou, though she doesn't know that yet. She ends up with his locket in the mix and refuses to give it back, mainly because her first impression of Raku is pretty terrible. She pegs him as a womanizer trying to play her sister and a total pervert for sneaking glances at her underwear. Raku has to convince her he's actually trying to help the "prince" before she'll hand over the locket.
Unlike Kosaki, she's actually good at cooking. As the story goes on, she reveals that another guy in a mascot costume (also Raku, naturally) once helped her out and bought her ice cream—a memory she holds onto fondly without realizing it's the same person.
