Negi's cousin who he calls his onee-chan, though she's basically filled a maternal role in his life. Her actual personality is tough to pin down since we mostly know her through scattered flashbacks, but what's clear is that she's genuinely protective—she's even put herself in danger to shield him. Negi clearly loves and respects her deeply. At some point she lost both her legs below the knees after they were partially petrified, which is presumably a significant part of her backstory.
