Cao Cao leads the Hero Faction within the Khaos Brigade and wields the Ultimate Longinus—the True Longinus itself. He's pretty charismatic, which goes a long way in explaining how he managed to recruit so many Sacred Gear users to his cause. Beyond that, he's driven by a sense of inherited duty; as a descendant of a legendary hero, he sees it as his responsibility to eliminate what he views as major threats to humanity: Devils, Fallen Angels, and Dragons.
