Kaorin Machimoto
A voice actress working as an agent for White Light under the codename White Falcon. She's best known for voicing the lead character in the anime Robo Butler, which happens to be Kate's favorite show.
Kaorin is the sister-in-law of Goro and harbors a deep hatred for Zvezda—the organization responsible for her sister Tsubaki's death. This personal tragedy shapes much of her character and motivations throughout the series.
