Uni is Noire's younger sister, though they look nearly identical. The main difference is personality—she's noticeably friendlier and more laid-back than her older sibling, with a perkier attitude overall. That said, she's still a full-blown tsundere who'll drop lines like "I guess I'll let you." without missing a beat.
She hits it off with Nepgear pretty quickly, at least until finding out about her connection to Neptune. Their dynamic is way better than what Neptune and Noire have at first, partly because Uni just seems to enjoy herself more. She got genuinely upset when Nepgear asked about her body after transformation and shut that conversation down completely. She was also weirdly jealous and shocked to learn her underwear sold for the cheapest price in an auction—even less than what Gust was asking for the other CPU Candidates' items.
When Noire later compliments how strong she's become, Uni breaks down crying with joy, which catches her sister completely off guard. It's a rare moment of vulnerability that shows there's more going on beneath the tomboy exterior.
Her outfit is distinctly her own despite the family resemblance—she wears a black dress with milky blue trim and a quirky belt-and-bow setup, long fingerless black gloves with blue accents, and matching boots.
