Takeru's the kind of guy who talks way too much and loves stirring up trouble—basically an annoying, impish presence whenever he's around. He's tall and lanky with blonde hair in a short ponytail and black eyes that make him instantly recognizable.
Despite his cocky attitude, he's actually a coward at heart. Rather than handle his own problems, he'd rather send his guys after someone like Sakura, and he visibly relaxed when he found out he wouldn't have to face off against Kaji himself. It's pretty typical behavior for someone who likes to talk big but can't back it up.
