Sailor Aluminum Siren is the second Animamate to show up in the series. Her human cover identity is Reiko Aya—a name that's probably a play on words involving puppets, mermaids, makeup, and spirits, depending on which kanji you're reading.
In the manga, she debuts in Act 44 on Juuban High School's roof, attacking Usagi and Seiya with her signature move, Galactica Tsunami. She manages to steal the starseeds of Sailor Mercury and Sailor Jupiter, killing them both, but gets taken down by Sailor Star Maker and Sailor Star Fighter. She'd won Galaxia's approval by stealing the starseed of her home planet's guardian Senshi, Sailor Mermaid. Her hobby is apparently ballads.
The anime version introduces her in Episode 182, and she's pretty different depending on whether she's working or not. Off-duty, she's polite, spacey, and constantly hungry—but the moment a battle starts, that all drops away and she turns genuinely vicious. She works alongside Karasuma Akane (Sailor Lead Crow), and it turns out they used to compete for the top spot among the Animamates. Eventually she figures out who Sailor Moon really is and nearly kills her, only getting stopped by the Guardians and the Starlights. Galaxia doesn't take kindly to her failure, though—she kills Aluminum Siren in Episode 188 as punishment.
Interestingly, she's the only Animamate who actually uses her manga attack (Galactica Tsunami) in the anime, though it's hilariously downgraded to just throwing water bottles and juice boxes at the Senshi.
