Hokuto Mitarai (御手洗 北斗)
Hokuto's been set on becoming a doctor since childhood, and he's on track to take over Mitarai Clinic, the family practice that serves their local community. At school, he and his best friend Roma were both kind of drifters—didn't really fit the typical student mold—so they built their own secret hideaway for just the two of them. That's where "Don Glees" started, basically their private club and refuge from normal school life.
