Zerofuku is a muscular young man defined by a gaping hole where his heart should be. He's got long dark purple hair interrupted by a horizontal streak of lighter color running through the middle, and his eyes are striking—bright irises set against pitch-black sclera and pupils. The kanji for fortune (福) appears on both his cheeks and his tongue.
Before absorbing all that human misfortune, Zerofuku looked completely different. He was small and delicate, with long white hair, pale skin, and no chest wound. Heimdall even described his current form as "small" and "child-like," which hints at what he used to be.
Seven beads woven into his hair each carry one of the seven deadly sins: Envy, Sloth, Greed, Wrath, Lust, Pride, and Gluttony—reading left to right in their Japanese kanji forms.
After his fight with Buddha, Zerofuku briefly reverted to his original innocent appearance, but he was then absorbed into Hajun.
