Herta is member #83 of the Genius Society—a young, striking woman who almost never leaves the far reaches of the cosmos. When she does show up, it's usually because something needs her personal attention.
She's best known for co-developing the Simulated Universe alongside Screwllum, Ruan Mei, and Stephen Lloyd as a way to study the mysterious nature of Aeons. She serves as an Emanator of Nous, the Erudition.
Her true form is noticeably taller and more mature than her puppet counterpart. She has fair skin, deep purple eyes, and long ash-brown hair that fades to purple at the tips. Her bangs frame her face with two longer strands reaching her chest; the left one is tied with crossed black straps and a bow. Her nails are painted purple.
Style-wise, she goes for gothic elegance. She wears a black, white, and purple open-backed corset dress with a sweetheart neckline and detached sleeves—lots of white frills and keyhole details, with translucent black fabric replacing the sides. The short white ruffled skirt is cinched with a loose black strap and golden buckle, while long coattails in purple, black, navy, and gold trail from the back.
