Gonzo Tarukane is basically a wealthy crime boss best known for kidnapping Yukina, which sets off a major plot point in the series. He's rich enough to throw his weight around, but that wealth doesn't save him when Sakyo gets involved—Sakyo hires Younger Toguro to take him out.
In the Filipino dub, his name was changed to "Don Paquito Quito," which fans and editors generally agree is a nod to Paquito Diaz, the Filipino actor known for his villain roles.
