Doraemon Character
A cat-type robot who floats through the skies of Paradapia, a utopian world where everything's basically perfect and everyone gets to be happy. His main gig is keeping the city safe, though he starts out pretty hostile—he initially mistakes Doraemon and the gang for threats and goes after them. But as things go on, he softens up and actually becomes friends with them.
