Power Commando Joe is basically a walking tank—a brutal, ultra-aggressive soldier Chojin built for pure combat. His signature weapon is a rotating cannon mounted on his back that can swivel a full 360 degrees, letting him fire in basically any direction. That said, the thing's not exactly a sniper rifle; its effective range tops out around a few dozen meters, so he has to get relatively close to be useful. For a guy his size and power level, though, that's rarely a problem.
