Gokuwmon was born from the magma of Boot Volcano and became obsessed with strength. It pulled data from countless sources to develop itself into a true Combat Digimon, awakening the fighting instinct that's been with it since birth.
The thing about Gokuwmon is that it's basically always looking for its next battle. It wanders the Digital World specifically to challenge strong opponents and feed that constant hunger for combat. If it spots anyone it thinks is worth fighting, it'll call them out on the spot, situation be damned. That said, there's a catch: Sanzomon placed a magical constraint called the "Kinkoji" on its head when it was born. If Gokuwmon swears or loses its temper too much, the constraint tightens and knocks it out cold. So despite its aggressive nature, the Digimon has learned to keep itself in check.
Gokuwmon is genuinely skilled across multiple martial arts and magic disciplines. Its signature weapon, the "Nyoikinkobou," is basically a staff that can extend to hit distant enemies. It's versatile too—when fully connected it fires off a lightning cannon, and when split in half, each piece functions as a lightning gun. Pretty much the ideal tool for a Digimon that's always itching for a fight.
