The Love God
The Love God has the typical god powers you'd expect, mainly handling the cosmic assignment of soulmates to people at birth. He can also phase through solid objects, like shrine altars, without issue.
He's best known for a pretty significant screw-up: when Rentarou was born, the Love God was supposed to assign him one soulmate. Instead, he accidentally gave the kid 100. His excuse? Castle in the Sky was on TV at the time and he got distracted.
The guy clearly doesn't take his job seriously. He admits his mistakes casually and gets sidetracked by the smallest things, so it's hard to imagine him sweating the details of cosmic matchmaking when there's entertainment to watch.
