Hitsugi is a Majik that directly works for the World-Hater Majik as one of the Seven Stars.
Disguised as a waiter, they infiltrated the Mantinel Witches Association to message and convince the Prophecy Majik to join the World-Hater. Like the World-Hater, they have a deep resentment for humanity and chose to follow the Majik in hopes of annihilating them. They are also known as the Reverser Majik.
Hitsugi has a formal and loyal personality, doing that what their Lord World-Hater orders him to do. They share their Lord's opinion on that there can be no real bonds between a Majik and a Human.
