Like Boxxo, Field is a human who died and got reborn in the same world—except he came back as a sentient field instead. An old woman used him to grow crops for years until she died. After that, he became close friends with Kikoyu, Botan, and Kuroyata. When the Demon Lord's army invaded, Field sacrificed himself so his friends could escape. His body ended up in stasis somewhere in the Demon Lord's domain, and a magical barrier keeps his friends from reaching him. Kikoyu still carries a piece of him with them.
