Gaogamon is what you get when Gaomon bulks up and evolves. Its signature claws—originally tucked behind those gloves—have grown out substantially over time. The thing that makes this version distinct is that "Black Digitron" got mixed into its growth process, giving it that dark coloring and a noticeably tougher build. The trade-off is pretty clear: it's way more durable and can tank hits better than a standard Gaogamon, but you're losing some of that speed in the deal.
