Surtalogi—known to most as The Foul—ranks among the Five Sinners of Khaenri'ah. He's Skirk's master and owns the All-Devouring Narwhal, which gives you a sense of his influence.
One of his defining traits is shapeshifting. Surtalogi can take pretty much any form he wants, though when he's traveling through the cosmos, he typically sticks with a humanoid appearance decked out in Abyssal armor and carrying a claymore-style weapon. That look carries serious weight—it's become a symbol of raw power, so much so that others who crave his level of strength will sometimes mirror his appearance themselves. The Dark Shadow of the All-Devouring Narwhal and Skofnungr are both examples of this mimicry instinct.
