Jinpachi Munashi was a former member of Kirigakure's legendary Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist. Best known for wielding Shibuki, a unique sword designed around explosive combat, he combined precise swordsmanship with devastating detonations in a way few could manage.
Shibuki's gimmick is straightforward but clever: the blade's flat edge is lined with explosive tags that detonate on command, and a built-in scroll automatically replenishes the tags after each blast. This lets Jinpachi chain explosions without needing to resupply mid-fight. The obvious downside is that the user risks getting caught in their own explosions—a real hazard that Jinpachi's exceptional skill allowed him to consistently avoid.
