Kiyoshi Mitarai—better known as Seaman—gained his powers when the demon plane hole that Sensui opened flooded his world. He can mix his own blood with water to create golems, which serve as extensions of his territory and control.
What shaped him most, though, was watching the Black Chapter. That experience left him fundamentally broken in his worldview. He's convinced that humans are all inherently evil and just need the right circumstances to prove it. It's the kind of cynicism that comes from trauma rather than philosophy, and it drives everything about how he operates.
