Noukan Kihara
Noukan Kihara shows up in Shinyaku Toaru Majutsu no Index as part of the notoriously eccentric Kihara family. He's first mentioned in the fourth novel of the Shinyaku arc, where Kihara Byouri casually refers to him as a golden retriever—which, given the Kiharas' tendency toward bizarre behavior and twisted humor, may or may not be literal.
