Silverman is the brother of Goldman. His spirit ended up possessing the Silver Mask, which would become central to his legacy.
The Man gave him authority to lead a group of choujin that eventually became known as the Seiji Choujin—basically his dream team of righteous fighters. But things fell apart when Justiceman manipulated him into a brutal confrontation with his own brother. The fight escalated until both of them decapitated each other. Their remains transformed: Silverman became the Silver Mask, Goldman the Golden Mask. Both were preserved on Planet Kinniku as artifacts.
As a person, Silverman's genuinely kind and compassionate—it's why he started the Seiji Choujin in the first place. But once he steps into the ring, that all flips. He becomes absolutely ruthless, willing to destroy his opponent completely if that's what it takes to win.
His relationship with Goldman was always complicated. Despite being brothers, they clashed constantly and ultimately killed each other. Their feud resurfaced later during the Golden Mask arc, showing that even death couldn't fully settle things between them.
