Nashiro Yasuhisa
Nashiro is an artificial one-eyed ghoul and the twin sister of Kurona. She's best known for blocking Kaneki's path when he was hunting down Madam A, working alongside her sister to get in his way. Like Kurona, Nashiro was artificially created as a ghoul rather than being born one, which is a pretty significant detail in how their characters differ from natural-born ghouls in the series.
