A naturally charming guy with brains to back it up. He's got this effortless appeal that draws people to him—women especially seem to gravitate toward him without him having to do much of anything.
Militarily speaking, he's genuinely talented. As a commander, he's basically flawless. But he's probably best known (at least by fans) for his nickname, "Run-away Commander"—earned because the man can apparently sprint impressive distances when he needs to escape his admirers. It's become kind of his thing at this point.
