Synopsis

Kumiko swore off music after a traumatic experience at a national band competition. But when she starts at Kitauji High School, she gets pulled back into it anyway. The problem? The school's band is a mess. They used to actually place well at nationals, but now they can't even get past regionals. And as if that wasn't bad enough, Kumiko runs into Reina—literally the last person she wanted to see again. With the concert date looming, the band has to figure out how to get their act together. Can they actually pull it off?
