Kiitarou Shounen no Youkai Enikki
Kiitarou's got an unusually strong ability to sense spirits, which gets him kicked out of his home after he breaks into a forbidden storehouse. He ends up finding a new place to crash, where he meets Suzu, a zashiki warashi who lives there. From that point on, the two of them basically become a magnet for every kind of youkai imaginable—first a nurikabe shows up (that's the wall-like spirit that blocks people's paths), followed by mokumokuren (creepy floating eyes in torn paper). It's basically a chronicle of all the strange supernatural creatures Kiitarou keeps running into, and who knows what folkloric monster will pop up next.
