Synopsis

Two years ago, Naoto Watari's parents died, leaving him responsible for his younger sister Suzushiro. The two moved in with their aunt, and Naoto became completely devoted to taking care of her—so much so that he avoids clubs and hanging out with classmates entirely. At his new school, people call him a siscon and make fun of him for it. But honestly, he doesn't care what they think as long as Suzushiro's safe and happy. Then Satsuki Tachibana transfers to his class, and everything gets complicated. She's connected to some pretty traumatic stuff from his past, and her arrival dredges up memories he'd rather forget. Worse, there are secrets nobody knows about yet—secrets that start coming to light and threaten to blow up the carefully balanced life Naoto's built for himself and his sister.
