Synopsis

Masachika Kuze is a lazy first-year at the elite Seirei Academy who'd rather play mobile games or sleep through class than actually study. He's got a reputation for being a total slacker, but somehow he catches the attention of Alya Kujou, the school's gorgeous and untouchable "solitary princess"—and she sits right next to him. Everyone adores Alya. She's half-Russian, half-Japanese, strikingly beautiful, and never puts a foot wrong in public. But she's got this adorable habit: whenever she's ragging on Masachika for being lazy, she switches to Russian and accidentally confesses how much she actually likes him, wrapping her feelings up in flirty little comments. The thing is, Masachika speaks Russian fluently. He's caught onto everything she's been saying. Instead of revealing that he knows, he decides to just play dumb and see where it goes—which kicks off this weird, surprisingly sweet dynamic between them.
