IS: Infinite Stratos
In the near future, Japan develops the Infinite Stratos—an armored suit originally designed for space exploration that eventually becomes a military weapon and then transitions into a competitive sport. Here's the catch: only women can pilot an IS. At least, that's what everyone believes until Ichika Orimura shows up. He's the younger brother of Chifuyu Orimura, a legendary undefeated pilot who represented Japan, and somehow he's the only male on the planet capable of piloting an IS. Ichika gets enrolled at the IS Academy to train as a pilot, which is basically an all-girls school except for him. To make things weirder, his instructor turns out to be his sister. He's not thrilled about being the center of attention as the only guy around, but that becomes the least of his problems. Pretty much every girl at the academy is interested in him, and between all the flirting and romantic drama, he barely has time to actually learn how to use his suit.
