Synopsis

Ninja were once merciless demigods ruling Japan through martial prowess during an era of relative peace. Some performed a forbidden ritual suicide at Kinkaku Temple, storing their souls for future resurrection. Their true history was lost and deliberately concealed, forgotten by time. Fast forward to a cyberpunk future where technology dominates everything. Suddenly, ancient ninja souls awakened from thousands of years of slumber emerge in the shadows of Neo-Saitama. Fujikido Kenji is just an ordinary salaryman until a ninja turf war claims his wife and child. Nearly dying himself, he becomes possessed by the spirit of a mysterious ninja warrior. Fujikido survives and transforms into Ninja Slayer—a relentless force of vengeance tasked with hunting down and destroying evil ninja. Set in the dystopian depths of Neo-Saitama, he wages a one-man war against the powerful Soukai Syndicate and their ninja soldiers.
