Hisone to Maso-tan: Nao no Sora
Within the Japan Air Self-Defense Force (JASDF) exists a secret program that uses dragons called Organic Transformed Flyers (OTF). These dragons are steered by the Dragon Pilots they choose themselves. As the daughter of a renowned Dragon Pilot, Nao Kaizaki has always longed to join this program. However, despite her lineage and devotion, the OTF at her base does not select her. In contrast, Hisone Amakazu struggles with self-doubt and a tendency to flee at crucial moments. Desperate to change, she joins the JASDF in the hopes of finding her purpose. When she accidentally enters an unfamiliar hangar in a restricted area, an OTF chooses her as its pilot.
