Ryuunosuke Akutagawa grew up poor, protecting his sister Gin and his friends from anyone foolish enough to mess with them. That changes when armed gangsters attack his crew, killing them all. Desperate for revenge, Akutagawa nearly dies in the fight—until a mysterious man in black shows up and makes him a deal: he'll look after Gin if Akutagawa ever gets strong enough to face him again.
