Synopsis

Shion's got a secret—he's the reincarnation of a guy from another world who spent his whole life wishing he could use magic. Now that he's been reborn, he's hoping this new world will finally give him his shot at real magic. Problem is, magic doesn't exist here either. Then one day, he and his sister visit a lake and witness something strange—something that looks exactly like the magic he's been dreaming about his entire life. So if magic isn't real in this world, why not just create it himself?
