Peace has finally come to Mitakihara City. Magical girls and witches now coexist without constantly fighting for their lives. But that's created a new problem—the magical girls at Mitakihara Middle School are struggling to figure out how to actually enjoy being teenagers. Mami Tomoe decides the group needs a dedicated space to hang out, so she pitches the idea of starting a magical girl club to Madoka Kaname and Sayaka Miki. Homura Akemi jumps on board, and everything seems to be falling into place—until the Student Council, run by Kyuubey and friends, rejects their application outright. Instead of giving up, the girls double down on their efforts to get the club approved.
