Synopsis

High school student Kaname Sudou gets invited to try Darwin's Game, a new mobile game his friend's been playing. Seems like your standard fighting game at first—but there's a catch. The matches are real. Lose and you die in actual life. Kaname gets thrown into his first battle almost immediately and somehow pulls off a win despite being completely outmatched. Now that he knows what's actually at stake, he's desperate to quit. Problem is, the only way out is to keep winning. So he's stuck figuring out how to survive and finding people he can actually trust to help him through this nightmare.
