Tenjin street is your typical shopping district in Hinomaru city—bunch of stores, a shrine sitting on the hill overlooking everything. Nothing too special about it. Yukimura Takashi comes back after six years away. On his first day home, his dad drags him to a local shop owners' meeting. Takashi enters a lottery drawing and wins, except there's a catch: he's just been chosen as the new head of the shopping street association. Sounds like just a title, right? Wrong.
