Takane Kiku and Takane Ryuji are the kids of a legendary boxer. Kiku inherited her father's talent and wants to push Ryuji into the sport, but he wants nothing to do with it—and gets bullied for it. When they move to Tokyo, everything changes. Ryuji meets Kenzaki Jun, a boxing prodigy, and suddenly finds himself drawn into the world he'd been avoiding. From there, he discovers an unexpected passion for boxing, learns some wild techniques, and faces increasingly intense opponents on his way to becoming one of Japan's top junior boxers.
