Synopsis

Hazuki Kagimura is a bookish girl with a wild imagination who uses stories to escape her awkward relationship with her new family. One afternoon, she gets hopelessly lost in the library's stacks and stumbles through to a hidden magical academy. There she meets Shizuka Tsuchimikado and learns the truth: she's been chosen as a "mädchen"—a magical girl selected by the very books that contain the world's stories. Hazuki's book is Cinderella. To master her newfound magic, she teams up with Shizuka and settles into her strange new life at the school.
